Meet the Team
Arran and David are long-term best friends, having met at The Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds.

Studio owner and AuthorArran’s diverse experience and skill along with a naturally empathetic nature makes him an engaging Pilates professional to work with.
Arran gained a Bachelor of Music degree at Newcastle before undertaking professional dance training at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. He followed that up with a Post Graduate Diploma training in Musical Theatre at The Royal Academy of Music, London.
Arran was introduced to Pilates in 2008 whilst in the cast of the West End smash hit musical Wicked where he performed for 6 months before a knee injury forced a break from his musical theatre career.
During his subsequent knee rehabilitation Pilates made such an impression on him that he decided to alter career path and train full time for a year with Alan Herdman.
His training and professional experience has enabled him to really understand how to adapt exercise programs for a range of clients. From those working with injury or physical difficulty all the way through to those wanting to achieve their bodies full potential.
