This is an excellent and simple approach to enhancing everyday movement patterns and allowing users to maximise their physical potential. Arran and Dave bring a huge wealth of experience, which is encapsulated and accessible to all. Their approach focuses on strength, control and tissue mobility as key to all fundamental movement patterns in which to springboard pain-free functional movement or for excelling in sport.
